Pet Policy

Waverly Place Apartments is a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two animals per apartment with no weight limit. We offer flexible payment plans for the non-refundable pet fees and do not charge monthly pet rent. No aggressive breeds.

Enjoy our fenced doggy bark park for leash-free fun!

Pet Fee: $250 per pet
Limit: 2 pets per apartment; Bread restrictions apply.
